Billing
Credits & Metering
Flat AI pricing hides a cross-subsidy: light users fund heavy ones, and the vendor prays you don't use the thing. GoShipFast meters instead, with the simplest possible unit — 1 credit = $0.01 — and a public price per action. Your plan grants a monthly pool; the running principle is that you pay for output, never for finding out where you stand.
Free by policy
Never metered, on any plan:
- All diagnostics — SEO audits, AI visibility checks, link analysis, index coverage.
- All setup — site scanning, brand profiles, knowledge processing.
- AI chat — within your plan's message allowance.
- Email sending — governed by reputation quotas instead.

Prices can evolve with underlying costs; the in-product usage page reflects current values.
The market multiplier scales lead costs to lead scarcity — from 0.5× for broad consumer audiences to 2× for scarce, high-value B2B ones. Your brand's tier is derived from its customer profile. And remember the billing moment for discovery: per delivered, verified person. Searching is free; duds don't bill.
Guardrails
- Daily burn cap: at most 20% of your monthly pool can burn in one day. A runaway experiment costs a day's fraction, not the month.
- Free-tier grants: every brand gets 1 drafted article, 20 lead previews, and 5 contact unlocks before any payment — the taste run.
- Visibility: the Usage page shows live consumption, and threshold notifications ("80% used") arrive before the wall does.
Top-ups
A heavy month doesn't require a tier change: top-up packs of 2,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 credits at the same flat $0.01 rate — no markup for buying à la carte. Rule of thumb: top up for a spike, upgrade for a new normal.
Budgeting intuition
An article, end to end — topic research, outline, draft, three images, published to three channels — runs about 625 credits ($6.25). A B2B lead, delivered, unlocked, and deep-dived on a modest budget, roughly 150–200 credits. Against the monthly pools on the pricing page, that math is the whole budgeting exercise.
