Billing
Plans & Billing
GoShipFast bills like the infrastructure it replaces, not like a seat-based SaaS: each brand runs on its own plan. One product, one subscription. A second product is a second brand with its own plan — and a hobby project on Creator can sit next to your main product on Growth under the same account. There are no per-user seats; your whole workspace shares each brand's plan.
The tiers
Three self-serve tiers — Creator, Growth, and Scale — plus Enterprise (dedicated infrastructure, SLA) by contact. Tiers differ along two dimensions:
- Credits — the monthly pool that funds metered work: articles drafted, images generated, leads delivered. This is the main dial between tiers. See Credits & Metering.
- Hard quotas — per-plan limits on posts per week, articles per month, chat messages, keyword lookups, emails per day and month, and connected sending domains. These exist for quality and reputation, not cost; higher tiers raise them.
Current numbers for both live on the pricing page — treat that page as the source of truth, since limits evolve. Yearly billing is roughly 20% off everywhere.
Free brands aren't demo-ware: every new brand gets the full onboarding (site scan, reports, audits), free diagnostics forever, and a taste allowance — one drafted article and a first batch of leads — so you evaluate the system on its output.
Founder Pass
A one-time purchase (currently $39) that grants a lifetime discount on subscriptions, as thanks for backing the product early. It's tied to your account and applies at checkout; your account settings show the pass and purchase date once claimed.
Managing a subscription
Everything lives in the brand's Settings → Subscription:
- Choose / Change plan — checkout and plan changes run through Stripe in the browser (the desktop app opens your browser; card details never touch the app). The page shows the current plan, its status (active or trial), and the renewal or cancellation date.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellation runs to the end of the paid period — the "cancels on" date is shown.
- Payment methods and invoices are handled in the Stripe billing portal, one click from the same page.
Usage
The Usage page (per brand) shows every quota as a live progress bar — posts this week (with a per-platform breakdown), articles this month, keyword lookups, reports, connected platforms — so "how much is left?" never requires arithmetic. Quota warnings also arrive as notifications at usage thresholds, before you hit a wall mid-task.
What gating looks like
Without a plan, paid features (chat, image generation, ongoing lead discovery) show an inline note with a Pick a plan button; hitting a quota ceiling shows which limit and what upgrading changes. Nothing paid triggers silently.
