Platform Connections
Distribution fails quietly. A token expires, a session lapses, and posts stop going out — discovered three days later, if at all. The Publishing section makes distribution a managed system: connections with visible health, and a log where every attempt has a status.
Platform Connections
Publishing → Platform Connections lists your channels. Add Platform offers everything not yet added; each row then shows its state:
- Not connected — added to your list, awaiting authorization.
- Connected — healthy and ready.
- Expired / Revoked — the platform ended the session; reconnect to resume.
- Error — something else went wrong; reconnecting usually clears it.
Connect, disconnect, or remove per row. How connecting works varies by platform — one-click OAuth for X and LinkedIn, managed browser sessions for Threads, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu — covered platform by platform in Connecting Each Platform. Connections are per brand, deliberately: each brand publishes as its own accounts, and one brand's expired session never affects another.
Health, watched for you
Connections are health-checked continuously in the background. When a platform expires or revokes a session, you get a notification ("X connection expired — reconnect from publish settings") rather than a silent failure at the next publish. If you authorized in the browser, the connection list refreshes itself when you return to the app — no manual refresh dance.
The publish log
Recent Activity records every publish attempt from every surface — short posts, scheduled articles, agent-initiated publishes — with platform, status, date, and a link to the live post when it succeeded:
- Pending / Publishing — queued or in flight.
- Success — live, with a View link.
- Failed — with the reason kept, and retry available.
Publish results also arrive as notifications, so success and failure both find you.
Quotas
Publishing counts against your plan's weekly post quota (with a per-platform breakdown visible on the Usage page), plus a small per-channel credit cost. See Credits & Metering.
