Customers

Find Customers

Content brings people to you, eventually. Outbound is for the meantime — and for the products whose buyers don't search at all, they complain. Someone, today, posted "is there a tool that does X?" where X is your product. The Customers section exists to find that person.

Open Customers inside a brand. Like the Creator Studio, it's a pipeline of four stages:

Find

Lead discovery. An AI-authored customer profile brief describes who your buyer is and what counts as a real signal; discovery runs then hunt across social platforms and the open web for people matching it — people asking for recommendations, complaining about a competitor, or describing the exact pain you solve. Every lead arrives with a match score, the reason, and a quoted piece of evidence linked to its source.

This is the deep end of the section: see Lead Discovery for briefs, seeds, runs, and costs, and Deep Dive Dossiers for researching an individual lead.

Reach

Outreach — AI-drafted personal notes, sent from your own mailbox with unsubscribe built in. This stage is on the roadmap and not yet live; today you take the suggested opener from a lead's card and send it through your own channels. The Email section covers the sending infrastructure that will power it.

Pipeline

A status board over your contacts: New, In touch, Negotiating, Won, Lost, Future, with counts per stage. It's the at-a-glance answer to "where is everyone?", one click from managing the underlying contacts.

Contacts

The CRM itself — every relationship with its status, value, next action, progress notes, and conversation log. Leads you shortlist can become contacts; so can people you add by hand or import. See Contacts & Pipeline.

Free taste, honest costs

Every brand gets 20 lead previews and 5 contact unlocks free, no plan required, so you can judge lead quality on your own product before paying. After that, discovery is metered per delivered, verified person — not per search, not per scrape. Duds don't bill. Details in Credits & Metering.

Where the recent activity shows up

The brand Dashboard mirrors this section: recent contacts with their pipeline status under Customers, and live discovery runs in the Activity feed. Lead discovery also posts a notification when a run finishes, so you don't need to keep the page open.
