Creator Studio

Content is the slowest growth channel to start and the strongest one to keep. A good article earns traffic for years; a burst of disposable posts earns a spike and silence. GoShipFast's content system is built for the first kind: fewer pieces, researched topics, and a pipeline that keeps moving without you pushing it.

The pipeline

Open Content inside a brand and you'll see the Creator Studio: four stages laid out left to right, each showing a live count. Click any stage to work inside it.

  1. Keywords — where topics come from. A topic library, a long-tail keyword pool, and research tools for finding what your buyers actually search. See Keywords & Topics.
  2. Drafts — articles in progress, whether the agent is writing them or waiting for your review. Each row shows its state: generating, outline ready, or pending review.
  3. Schedule — a calendar. Take an approved article, tap a day, and it publishes then. The panel shows a "ready to schedule" rail beside the month view.
  4. Published — everything live, with links out to each piece.

The pipeline is a conveyor belt: weekly topic picks drop researched topics into Keywords, the agent drafts them into Drafts, you approve and schedule, and Published grows. Your job narrows to the two decisions that matter: which topics deserve to exist, and whether a draft is good enough to ship.

The Create hub

The Create button in the sidebar is the manual entrance, with three formats:

  • Write long-form — start a new article with an agent brainstorm, or open a blank Article Studio editor.
  • Write short post — one draft, previewed and adapted for every connected platform. See Short Posts.
  • AI image — product shots and illustrations from the AI image workbench.
  • Upload video — coming soon.

Drafts and Published counts sit at the top of the hub so you always know what's waiting.

What makes the articles good

Three things separate this from "AI content" in the pejorative sense:

  • Topics are researched, not guessed. Every topic carries real search volume, difficulty, and intent data, and the weekly picks are chosen against your market analysis and content gaps.
  • Articles go through stages, not one prompt. Outline, draft, citations, polish, illustrations — each a separate pass with its own quality bar. See Article Studio.
  • Nothing publishes itself. Every article waits for your approval, and every platform variant is editable before it goes out.
